Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for engaging with The Today Club. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate such changes with a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

1. Event Cancellation by Participant

• Notice Period: If you need to cancel your participation in any of our events, we kindly request that you notify us at least 30 days before the event date to be eligible for a full refund.
• Less Notice: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will be subject to a 80% cancellation fee.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Unfortunately, if cancellation occurs within 20 days of the event, we cannot offer a refund due to the costs associated with event preparation.

2. Event Cancellation by The Today Club

• Full Refund: In the rare case that The Today Club must cancel an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
• Rescheduling: Alternatively, participants may have the option to apply their registration to a rescheduled event or another event of their choosing.

3. Membership Cancellation

• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, members can cancel their subscriptions at any time to prevent future billings.
• Pro-Rata Basis: In special circumstances, a refund may be considered on a pro-rata basis at the discretion of The Today Club management.

4. Merchandise

• Return Policy: Merchandise provided like Award, Certificates may be returned within 7 days of receiving, provided it is in unused, original condition.
• Exchange Option: We offer an exchange option for any merchandise deemed defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. Processing Refunds

• Timeline: Refunds are processed within 30-45 business days upon approval of the cancellation request.
• Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
